Carlo has a Master Degree in Organic Chemistry from University of Milan. After some years has a researcher in Medicinal chemistry field, he started the experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing world.

In more than ten years of experience in that field he had the opportunity to work in sterile API bulk production as well as in an injectable filling and packaging plant gain knowledge in quality assurance, in production and in project management.

As the Head of Product Management in Romaco he is focused on the improvement and development of oral and aseptic filling machines portfolio mainly based on customer requirements, cGMP and Guidelines, taking advantage of the experience gained as a final user.
